We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that product information, such as sizing and garment materials, is accurate. However we do not guarantee that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. If a purchase product is not as described you will be able to exchange it as per our returns and refunds policy.
All customer payments are handled by Paypal. Customers will be redirected to the Paypal website during checkout. Only customers who are eligible for a Paypal account and comply with Paypal’s terms and conditions will be able to complete purchases from our site.
4. Discount Codes
We may at times offer discounts and special offers that can be redeemed at checkout using promotional discount codes. Discount codes will apply to shopping cart contents. Discount codes will not apply to shipping costs. Information about other usage restrictions and expiration dates will be provided at time of issue.
5. Processing and Fulfilment
Order processing and fulfilment times vary. They are the responsibility of our product suppliers. We cannot guarantee processing and fulfilment times. However these are our current benchmarks:
Over 97% of orders are shipped within five business days.
Apparel products take between 2-7 business days to create. Non-apparel products take 2-5 business days.

6. Shipping services
We work with a leading US supplier to provide the best products at the best price. Because of this, all orders are shipped from the US. A gift card service is offered for customers who wish to avoid shipping delays.
Customers chose their shipping service at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated in real time and are specific to your delivery location, currency exchange rates and the pricing policies of each shipping service. Below is a list of the different shipping services offered and their estimated delivery timeframe. We are not responsible for this information and it may be subject to change.
International Economy Without Tracking
10-20 business days worldwide; 5-12 to Canada
This service is comparable to USPS First-Class Package Int’l. USPS First-Class Int’l prices are typically more expensive, but they offer tracking to Canada while International Economy does not.
International Economy With Tracking
7-16 business days worldwide; 4-8 days to Canada
Tracking capabilities depend on the destination. Some countries have intra-country scans, while others will show when the package has delivered.

Delivery is the responsibility of the shipping service nominated by the customer during checkout. Although we provide an estimated delivery schedule, we do not guarantee that delivery will occur within this timeframe. Delivery times will be subject to product availability, the capacity of the nominated shipping service and external delays such as adverse weather. We will not be responsible for product loss or damage caused by a shipping service. However we may replace or exchange a product lost or damaged in transit at our discretion as per our returns and refunds policy.
8. Returns and Refunds
League Tees will offer an exchange or refund if there is a problem with a purchase.
An exchange or refund will not be offered if a customer has simply had a change of mind or if you have misjudged your size. Under Australian Consumer Law products must have a major flaw to be eligible for exchange or refund, so please choose purchases carefully.
Customers requesting an exchange will be required to return their purchase by standard mail. Postage costs will be reimbursed once the product is received. Returned products will not be accepted if we determine that a customer has damaged them. It may take at least three weeks for replacement goods to be delivered.
Refunds may be issued without requiring a return. This will be at our discretion.

9. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used from the moment they are issued. A printable PDF is emailed to the purchaser shortly after purchase.
Customers can load gift cards with as much credit as they chose. This credit is subtracted from the value of the products in the shopping cart. Gift cards can be used multiple times until credit is exhausted. All gift card credit expired 60 days from the moment of purchase.
This gift card PDF contains a unique eight-character code that is redeemed during checkout. It is the responsibility of the gift card purchaser and recipient to keep this information secure and condidential.

If you chose to create a shopping account to save your personal details then you are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password.
